Beaver Slaps Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every slap we send. Because our stickers, decals, and banners are custom made-to-order just for you, we handle returns a little differently than a shop selling off-the-shelf products. Our goal is simple: you should be stoked with what shows up.

Our Guarantee

If we made a mistake, or your order arrives defective or damaged, we will make it right with a free reprint or a refund. Your call. No runaround.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

• Because custom stickers, decals, and banners are printed and cut specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or for ordering the wrong size or quantity.
• Always double-check your proof before you approve it. That is your chance to catch typos, colors, and sizing. Once a proof is approved, it goes to print as-is.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Order

If your slaps arrive with a print defect, a cut issue, shipping damage, or we simply got your order wrong, we have you covered:

• Reach out within 14 days of delivery.
• Send your order number and a couple of photos of the issue so we can see what happened.
• We will reprint the affected items or refund them, whichever works best for you.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking says delivered but nothing showed up, or your order is taking far longer than it should, let us know. We will track it down and make it right.

A Few Details

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable except when the issue is our fault.
• Free sample packs and other free items are not eligible for refunds.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
